So far so good!! I’m finally getting some much needed restful sleep at night.

Pair with Food or Drink: Try incorporating the CBD oil into a flavorful dish or beverage. Natural smoothies, yogurt, or a slice of your favorite bread can mask the taste and make it easier to ingest.
Use a Chaser: Similar to some not-so-tasty medicines, you could take your CBD oil with a “chaser” of something strong-flavored like juice, milk, or even a bite of fruit.
Cold Can Help: Try refrigerating the CBD oil. As colder temperatures can mute flavors, this could potentially reduce the strong taste you’re experiencing.

It is also a very good product and with the combination of the roll on and this product I am pretty comfortable all day. Not everyone is the same but for me having major back surgery in 2016 these products sure cut down on the use of pain pills. After worrying about the over use of pain pills, our nephew Dr. Ben Gonzalez suggested I look into these products for which I am thankful.
