I use the CBD Roll- On on my shoulders and low back for easing soreness after exercising. I wasn’t sure if a topical products would work but this does. It’s nice that the roller ball works like a massage tool, I think it helps the muscles relax even more. I get a few hours of pain relief from just a little bit of the lotion. I recommend it.
