I’ve been using this for 1 wk and can already notice a difference in my sleep. More sound. I’m not tossing and turning as much as I was before. Also I’m not groggy feeling like I was when I used melatonin.

Great product! I was not turned off by the taste like I am with other CBD products. I used it for stress and anxiety and for pain relief. It’s so pure, you don’t need very much.
